All our order deliveries will be made by recorded delivery with a tracking number with full insurance paid; we take full responsibility for the delivery before customers singed for it.

We are checking our product stock levels on a daily bases. We never pretend that we have something in stock while we do not. Customers can always find out the current stock level at the product details page. There is a stock indicator on each product page to tell customers how long they need to wait before we can dispatch that particular product.
