Yes, unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products we are selling are brand new in manufacture’s original retail package.
We are making all efforts to keep customers informed about their order.
We will email you when we received your order, when we accepted your order (with the estimated delivery time), when we dispatched your order (with the delivery tracking information).
You are also welcome to check your order’s latest status by logged on our website. Go to My Account panel > My Orders, you will see a list of your orders with us, click View button, you will see a order detail page for the order you choose and you will see the latest information about your order at the Order History section of the Order Details page.

Order invoices are sent to customs upon the dispatch of the order via email.
Also, you can always log into your customer account page on our website, go to Orders, click on Invoice to download your order invoice in PDF format.
When you make a purchase from our website, the payment will be processed on SagePay -our secure payment gateway provider.
On SagePay payment page, you will be directed to PayPal to finalise the payment. If you have a PayPal account, you can log into PayPal to make the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal will asks you for your credit/debit card details in order to make the transaction. The information that PayPal asks for is:
- Your card number
- Your card security code (printed on the back of some cards)
- Your card “valid from” date and expiration date
Your card “issue number” (for certain types of cards only) - The name printed on your card
This information is collected securely using 128-bit encryption between your Web browser and PayPal’s secure server. PayPal does not share us with of your card information so your card details stays 100% safe.
PayPal offers buyer-protection for all transactions made via PayPal, so you are well protected against of the risk of shopping online.
We ship to anywhere in the UK, excluding BFPO/PO Box addresses and the Channels Islands.

Yes, our deliveries are full insured. We, as the shipper, will take full responsibility for the order delivery until a POD (proof of delivery) is provided by the courier.
Yes, our deliveries are traceable. The courier information and tracking number will be provided upon the order dispatch in email.
For customer who has a registered account on our website, you can also log into your customer account on our website, go to My Account>Orders, the tracking information will be displayed on order details page.
For customer who placed the order as a guest, you can click on Quick Order Finder at the footer of the website to find your order status with tracking number by input your order number and email address.
Yes, it is possible.
If the order is paid by bank transfer, we can ship to any addresses as the customer requested.
If the order is paid by PayPal online, we will ship to the shipping address as notified by PayPal. So, it is important that you input the preferred shipping address on PayPal when finalising the payment. We could NOT accept any shipping address change requests afterwards.
The stock level indicator on the product details page will tell you if the product is in stock and when can we dispatch it.
If we got any problems on stock and could not dispatch your order as stated on the stock level indicator on the product details page, we will email you within 24 hours after we received your order.
Delivery times can vary depending on which service is used.
When your order is shipped by recorded airmail from Hong Kong to the UK, the delivery will normally take 5-8 working days according the postal service guide line.
When your order is shipped by FedEx, the delivery will normally take 3-4 working days from Hong Kong to the UK.
Please be advised that the delivery lead time is an estimated based on information given by the courier, we are unable to guarantee a 100% delivery lead time under any circumstances.
If there’s an unexpected/unusual delay on the order delivery, we will keep you informed and make every effort to speed it up.
All our prices include “No Import Charges To Pay” guarantee, meaning we guarantee that you will not have to pay any import charges (namely import duty, courier handling fees, VAT/GST).
Any import charges will be billed on us as the shipper of the package on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
However, if you are asked to pay any import charges when you receive your package, please make the payment as requested in order to get the order delivered and contact us to claim the import charges reimbursement. We will reimburse your import charges in full as a partial refund of your original payment.
No. As a Hong Kong based company who ship all orders from Hong Kong, we are not VAT registered and we do NOT collect any VAT on sales, therefore, we won’t be able to provide any VAT invoice/receipt for your order with us.
All products we are selling come with 1 year dealer’s warranty which will cover the parts and labour cost for the repair.
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we will always offer a prompt repair under Camera In The Post General Product Warranty Terms and Conditions.
To return a faulty product or Under-Warranty repair, please contact us to request an under-warranty repair.
We will send you a warranty repair request form to fill out.
Please complete that form and follow the instructions on that form to return your faulty product back to our UK customer service office for repair.
Normally, the Under-Warranty repair will be completed in 2-3 weeks from the day when we received the faulty product, however, depends on manufacture service centre’s repair speed, it can take up to 28 working days for the repair to be done.
